In the late Edo period, the genre of "landscape painting" flourished when the blue paint "Bero-ai" imported from overseas made it possible to express the clear blue of the sky and water. The famous artists who were active during that time were Katsushika Hokusai and Utagawa Hiroshige. Ukiyo-e landscape paintings, which vividly captured famous places from all over the country, were all the rage throughout Edo. Their popularity spread across the ocean and even to the West. This time, we have carefully selected masterpieces of landscape painting left by Hokusai and Hiroshige and put them together in a set that can be enjoyed by changing them with each season. Landscape paintings are easy to display in Western-style rooms, and you can enjoy the changing scenery of the seasons even while inside your own home, as if you were looking out the window.

Ukiyo-e reproductions are made using advanced woodblock techniques that have been passed down since the Edo period, where modern artisans create new woodblocks of ukiyo-e masterpieces and print them one color at a time on Japanese paper to complete the prints. Please enjoy the beauty of traditional Japanese techniques.
The order for domestic destination(inside of Japan) is shipped by Yamato Transport and international destination (outside of Japan) is shipped by either FedEx or Japan Post's EMS (Express Mail Service).
