This work is the first woodcut print by Atsushi Kaga, who says that his dream was to draw ukiyo-e as an ukiyo-e artist. The Irish scenery by Kaga was expressed using traditional woodcut printing techniques unique to Japan. Kaga World and its residents, loved by many fans across borders, have been featured for the first time in the ukiyo-e, "One Hundred Views of Ireland".
