LY is an artist widely recognized for her painted murals that adorn the Omotesando / Harajuku area. Her world created with black, white and various shades of gray is full of a unique atmosphere, and a black humanoid character "LUV" is the important resident of her world who speaks for the artist's inner voices.

The carver discerns the intentions of LY, the painter, and carves out her smooth curved lines. Carving delicate lines with a single knife demands the highest concentration and precision from the carver.
摺ーPrinting
Light and brilliant colors are born from materials and techniques that are unique to Japan.
The colors of traditional woodcut prints are produced by using a Baren rubbing pad to rub water-based paints into the fibers of the paper, which is carefully handcrafted from paper mulberry. The printer feels the world view of Ms. LY's work as he mixes and prints the colors on top of one another.
